Overview
The improvements under this contract consist of reconstructing SR 52 to a six-lane roadway with both urban and rural typical sections with a 12′ shared use path along the north side. At the western end of the project milling and resurfacing and widening will be used to provide a six-lane urban typical with a 12′ shared-use path on the north side and a 5′ sidewalk on the south side. US 41 will be reconstructed north and south of SR 52 to a four-lane rural typical section with a 12′ shared use path on the east side south of the intersection. Associated signal installation, drainage improvements, lighting, and signing and pavement markings will be provided on SR 52.
