Overview
Clear & grade approximately 12.51 acre of the 14 acre site for storage of empty trailer chasis. The project includes installing high mast lights, a fire main and hydrants, wick drains and under-drains to drain soil and convey water to the stormwater management facility (SMF-100) for treatment prior to discharging into the East Bay Cannel.
